With this command the client requests the server to attack target system(s) "hosts". "hosts" is one or many (comma-separated) IP or FQDN.
"length" is the number of bytes of "hosts". In case this does not match, the server will close the connection.
Before the client sends LONG_ATTACK, the commands PREFERENCES and
RULES should be applied.
